The 87th MDG patient advocate is here to help resolve your patient care concerns. If during any visit to the 87th MDG; we have not succeeded in meeting your expectations, we will work to address the issue immediately. We strive for excellence in patient care. We value our patients' feedback, as it helps us to identify problems and implement improvements.

If you would like to send your concern(s) via email please use the following link: 87MDG.patientadv@mcguire.af.mil. The patient advocate's office hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday at the DHA Cell in room 1N02 or you can call ext 609-754-9607 to leave a message.

Location: 3458 Neely Rd
Call (609) 754-9470 or toll free 1 (888) 223-2448 to refill prescriptions.
Hours of operation: 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m Mondays through Fridays, closed for training from 1 p.m. to close of business on the first Thursday of each month. Closed on all federal holidays and family days.
Refill Procedures: Refills called in before 10 a.m. will be ready for pickup the following duty day after 2 p.m. Requests called in after 10 a.m. will take an additional day.

The 87th Medical Group is an outpatient medical treatment facility operating on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J. Its mission is to deliver mission-ready medics, a medically-ready force, patient-centered care and a healthy Joint Base community.  The ambulatory care clinic is located on Neely Road; and the dental clinic next to the Kish Airman Leadership School.

The medical group prepares service members to serve in home station and deployed environments, while meeting healthcare needs of nearly 17,000 TRICARE Prime enrollees and over 42,000 DoD beneficiaries in Central NJ.
