MAG-49 goes green

Marine Aircraft Group 49, Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 772 and Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 773 moved to Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst recently due to the closure of Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Willow Grove, Penn. The $66-million facility is Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design compliant, which means the hangar provides a healthier work and living environment. The New Jersey Korean Dance Troupe performs the Fan Dance during the Asian-Pacific American Heritage Luau May 7 at Tommy B’s Community Activities Center. Battleship NJ
