The 14 physical therapy staff members perform rehabilitative therapy using more than $300,000 worth of equipment. The equipment ranges from machines that use electric currents to stimulate a patients muscles to something as simple as a pencil, which is used to work out knots in muscles. Combat medics of the 87th Medical Group knockout as many pushups as possible during a pushup-a-thon Nov. 22 at the clinic. The group members accumulated 32,483 pushups during the pushup-a-thon increasing the overall total to more than 105,000 pushups going into the Thanksgiving holiday. JB MDL community cuts ribbon on new CDC

Col. John Wood, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst commander, along with servicemembers' children and other senior leaders cut the ribbon on the new Dix Child Development Center Nov. 17 here. The new CDC was specifically designed with children in mind, incorporating modern design technology for safety.
